The Summer Reading Tree started 9 years ago and has gathered mementum each year. The aim, as always, is to keep children reading over the Summer holidays. This programme with the added incentives of adding a leaf to the tree with their own name on it for each book read and earning a reading Tree medal has made this the most successful project in Tipperary Libraries each year.
