As part of the Healthy Ireland programme, Nenagh Library will be hosting an information evening  “A Guide To Healthy & Sustainable Weight Loss” on Tuesday the 27th March from 6.45 pm to 7.30 pm. Sharon Nagle, a Personal Trainer, Group Fitness Instructor & Spin Instructor @ the Fitness Factory, will be our guide on the night.
