Bealtaine Festival 2019

Bealtaine is Ireland’s national festival which uniquely celebrates the arts and creativity as we age. The festival is run by Age & Opportunity, the national organisation that promotes active and engaged living as we get older. In partnership with Tipperary County Council Arts Office, the libraries host a large number of events every year.  2019 brought  yoga  to choral sessions to  line dancing and creative writing workshops, everybody celebrated the simple things in life,
