Mary Hickey (Mrs Claus) was in the library on the evening of Monday 8 Dec where she lshared the Christmas story ‘The Polar Express’ with nearly sixty children.  The little ones all enjoyed doing the ‘Polar Express train’ round the library before they were waited on with cocoa and marshmallows. Not too much cocoa was spilt and the children were in fine voice as they sang along to Christmas songs and got a little stocking from Mrs Claus and their own jingle bells.  They all went off home very happy with their treats and the sound of bells jingling into the night.
