The Library Knitters have been very busy getting the Green, White and Gold Pennants ready for Yarn Bombing the Library Gardens.
The knitting needles have been clacking away for the past few weeks and the results will soon be on display for all to see. Decorating will commence next week in time for St Patrick’s Day
Decorating the Library Grounds forms part of our 1916 Commemoration Programme and we were very lucky to be able to enlist the help of Beattie Shelly, Marion Power, Leishe Galvin, Gladys Ronan and Peggy Cassidy, pictured here with Librarian Maura Barrett.
