Picture books can help

South Tipperary County Childcare Committee in partnership with Tipperary Libraries present this selection of excellent picture books to read and share with younger children for better understanding of the life experiences and worries that small children will encounter.

These books are especially useful if a child is experiencing any of the situations or worries involved in these stories. They will hear stories about children experiencing similar worries and fears as they have themselves and seeing how these children coped.
