South Tipperary County Childcare Committee and .S.P.E.A.K. would encourage parents to visit this fantastic facility located in Clonmel Library and it is available for use free of charge. Parents of Children with Special Needs group, S.P.E.A.K., was co-founded by South Tipperary County Childcare Committee, Sandra Gibbons and parents in South Tipperary.
