HALL:- Sixteen old carved oak high back Chairs, a collection of ancient armour, halberds, and swords, bronze lamps, carpeting, etc.
DINING ROOM:- Set of oak dining tables on carved frames, twenty-six oak framed chairs in green morocco; oak and mahogany pedestal sideboards, antique overmantel, brass fireplace furnishings, Wilton carpet, pair of oak gun cases, silk, velvet, and tapestry window curtains and portieres, oil paintings and engravings.
DRAWING ROOM:- Carved and Gilt Couches, easy and other Chairs, covered in richest figured satin; large four-seated Ottoman to match with centre supporting, Chiming and Musical Clock by Dent; three interspring Chairs, white and gold frames and eau de nil silk covering; semi-grand Piano by Broadwood, in rosewood case, in splendid state; oak five-fold screen, mahogany writing and occasional tables, several lounge, easy and other chairs in various coverings, pair of Louis XVI cabinets, numerous down cushions in silk and other covers, Wilton carpet, crimson repp curtains, Wilton and skin rugs, handsome ormolu fireplace appointments, Chippendale mirror and several oil paintings, coloured prints, Chelsea, Dresden, Derby and Porcelain.
LIBRARY:- Mahogany Bookcases, Tables and Chairs, a set of seven Empire Period Elbow Chairs, with cane seats, rich ruby velvet Window Curtains, Wilton Carpet and Rugs etc., etc.
BILLIARD ROOM:- Full sized Billiard Table by Burroughs and Watts and all accessories, three oak Side Tables, Mahogany Coat Stand, etc.
BEDROOMS:- Eight complete highly furnished Suites in oak and ash by Fry & Co., Dublin, three Mahogany ditto, 2 White Enamel and Birch ditto, all Brass French Bedsteads, carved Mahogany do., Hair Mattresses, Blankets, Linen, Feather Bolster and Pillows, Axminster and Wilton Carpets, Silk, Cretonne and Chintz Curtains, Minton China Toilet Sets and other Bedroom appointments.
THE BASEMENT:- Numerous deal Cupboards, Dressers, Presses, Tables and Kitchen Furniture, a large quantity of Cooking Utensils, China and Glass, Table Services, six Weighing Scales, Still Room, Crockery and other utensils.
OUTDOOR EFFECTS:- Fashionable light running Victoria by Peters of Long Acre, London, in perfect condition, and Omnibus by the same maker, as good as new, with complete appointments of cushions, etc., etc.
