Áras Folláin is a Peer Support Centre, based in Nenagh, that promotes positive mental health and wellbeing for people who experience mental health challenges or those at risk of such through social isolation, family circumstances, disability, unemployment etc. The Social Circle has been an integral part of Áras Folláin and they present an exhibition of their work at Nenagh Library for the month of June. Their activities include but are not limited to art classes with renowned local artist Josephine Geaney creating the space to allow people to express themselves through different mediums. The artwork is for sale and proceeds go to Áras Folláin. All are welcome to the exhibition launch at Nenagh Library on Saturday June 13th, 3pm-4pm.
