A group of Spanish students from Kevin Fahey`s Summer School entertained the audience with details of life as a Spanish teenager, school days, dance, clothes, music, foods etc.

Local set dancing teacher, Mrs Maura Tynan put the teenagers through their paces and they performed a series of Irish ceilí dances, they all had great craic. Maura had the teenagers hooked on Irish dancing by the end of her session.

Pat Glavin then served the Spanish dish, paella with non-alcoholic Sangria and the Irish dish of Irish Cottage Pie.

This event was presented by Clonmel Library and Europe Direct and received funding from the European Commission.
