LEST WE FORGET

Continuing until end of April, ‘Lest We Forget’ exhibition in Templemore  Library is proving to be a huge success. The brain-child of mixed-media artist Aisling Hassett with research by Librarian Denis Kenny, the success is due in no small part to the contribution of local people to the project. Aisling’s eye for detail makes the exhibition both private and public at the same time. This is a rare opportunity to visit on e of the more original projects related to 1916 and The Great War, currently on display in the county.
