Tipperary Studies will host a lecture as part of Heritage Week on Thursday 27th August at 7.30 pm. The lecture Geoffrey Keating (c.1580-1644), The Man and the Myth will be presented by Dr. Bernadette Cunningham, Deputy Librarian of Royal Irish Academy. Lecture will consist of an examination of the life of the highly renowned South Tipperary historian; author of Foras Feasa ar Éirinn. All are welcome, admission is free and tea will be served.
