Hypnotherapy: A talk by Ken Smith –

Hypnotherapy is a type of complementary and alternative medicine in which the mind is used in an attempt to help with a variety of problems, such as breaking bad habits or coping with stress.
Ken’s talk on hypnotherapy will cover its origins, the myths and facts and its uses as a modern day complimentary treatment for anxiety, stress, insomnia etc.
Ken received his diploma in hypnotherapy from consultant trainers of Chrysalis, at Kyle University, Staffordshire,England. He had previously studied counselling for one year at Cork Institute of Technology. He is now living in Ahenny Carrick on Suir and, although retired, he still provides hypnotherapy to a limited number of clients.
