We all need to look after our mental well-being just as much as we do our physical well-being. This talk, by Dr Sabine Eggers, will look at the threats to our mental health such as: anxiety, obsessive-compulsive disorder, phobias; post-traumatic stress disorder, insomnia and depression in adults, children and teenagers.
Some of the remedies discussed will include psychological therapies, self care and mindfulness.
