Growing Imaginations got off to a great start in Cashel Library last Thursday with 11 participants from The Irish Wheelchair Association and the Nagle Centre. The participants each hope to produce their own book telling their life-stories over the coming weeks. Elena Sawczenko, the artist, who is herself deaf, has some fantastic ideas and we can’t wait to see each of these stories develop.
