The Children’s Book Festival was launched by the Cathaoirleach of Tipperary County Council, Cllr Mattie Ryan, with a little help from Moon and Sixpence Marionette Theatre. A programme of events will run across Tipperary County Council Library Service for the month of October. Joining the Cathaoirleach were Damien Dullaghan, County Librarian, Breffni Hannon and Margaret Ryan from Nenagh Library, along with pupils from a local school.
