Thurles library had a surprise visitor to the branch for The Christmas Pyjama Party on Tuesday night. Mrs Claus and her helper picked out some wonderful Christmas stories to read to the boys and girls. They sang lots of Christmas songs, answered lots of questions about Santa and his elves! Mrs Claus told the children about having to mend Santa’s suit every year due to all the cookies he eats on his journey! The children suggested Santa attend sewing classes when he is not busy making toys! It was a lovely night thank you to all who attended and to all the parents who joined in singing and dancing! Mrs Claus treated the children to chocolate lollies before heading back to make sure everything is on time for Christmas!
