She will cover the link between what we eat and how we feel (energy\, mood\, immunity)\, nutrition basics for wellbeing\, how to plan balanced meals and snacks\, reading food labels\, hydration and its impact on wellbeing and tips for mindful eating. There will be plenty of time for questions. \nDrop in to Killenaule library or call 052 9157906 (on Thursdays only) to book your FREE place. \n\nThis is part of the “Healthy Ireland at your library” programme.
