DESCRIPTION:Wellness Course in Cashel library – Tuesday 7th May\, Tuesday 14th May\, Tuesday 21st May\, Tuesday 28th ( 4 weeks ) \nTime 1.15-2.45pm Booking essential 062-63825 Spaces Limited \nJoin Jennie Hannigan  from the ETB for a Wellness course over four weeks.  Jennie will give and introduction to mindfulness meditation\, breathing techniques and deep relaxation exercises\, how to calm a busy and over thinking mind through practical exercises and working with the breath.  Jennie will also include areas on life coping skills\, techniques for dealing with stress\, anxiety and a variety techniques in dealing with difficult and challenging emotions while promoting positive mental health in our everyday lives.
