DESCRIPTION:For all budding\, seasoned or just simply curious astronomers and star gazers\, join John Flannery as he takes us on “ADVENTURES ACROSS THE UNIVERSE” March 12th at 7pm in Nenagh Library. Celebrate Irish Astronomy Week: “From your Garden to the Stars”.\nJohn Flannery is a local amateur astronomer interested in the night sky from a young age. He regularly travels to national and international astronomical events\, including total solar eclipses\, and has contributed widely on the subject. DESCRIPTION:Join us for our workshop when we will explore how we can manage anxiety and stress on a daily basis. (Part 1 of a 2 part series on 19th March 2024)\n\nDuring this workshop we will examine and reflect on our understanding of anxiety. We will discuss a range of topics including “is anxiety normal?” and “what causes anxiety?”. This session also includes a number of practical ways to manage anxiety adding to your recovery toolkit.\nThis workshop is part 1 in a series looking at Anxiety\, we would recommend that all attendees sign up for part 2 “Managing Anxiety”.\n\nJoin us for our workshop when we will explore how we can manage anxiety and stress.
