Our Healthy Ireland and Bealtaine event was a huge success today in Carrick-on-Suir library. Dr Sabine Eggers gave a talk this morning on The importance of looking after our emotional well-being. It was well received with the group that was in full attendance, with many interested in further events like these. Many of our Healthy Ireland books and leaflets were checked out. We would like to thank Dr Sabine for her time and hope to work with her again in the future.
