What is happening?
Tipperary County Council is preparing new Local Area Plans for Thurles, Roscrea, Nenagh and Clonmel which will set out a land use strategy and new investment objectives for the towns to deliver a good quality of life, support employment and homes and to do so in a sustainable and energy efficient way.
We’re currently at the ‘Pre-Draft’ stage for each Local Area Plan and we want your views on how we can achieve key objectives for the towns and shape the vision for the future of these towns. Your submissions will inform the draft Local Area Plans which will be published in 2023.
