Positive Ageing Week at Thurles Library

On Monday 1 Oct. @ 2.30pm Donal Horgan of Thurles Leisure Centre will deliver a talk entitled “The Secret to Ageing Gracefully – GET MOVING!”.

The event is free, presented by Successful Ageing Thurles and everyone is welcome.
