On Saturday 14th November, Booker Prize winning author John Banville was in Thurles Library to conclude the hugely successful Tipperary Reads Festival 2009.
A large crowd turned out to listen to Mr Banville talk about his work, particularly The Sea and Christine Falls which had been read during the festival.
Elizabeth Weir was the winner of Premier Short Stories competition for her story ‘The Light That Charlotte Glimpsed’
