Yoga improves balance, strength and aerobic capacity; not to mention concentration and emotional regulation. Introducing your kids to Yoga at an early age is a great way of making it a familiar exercise routine that can be fun and also help them to look inward.
Clonmel library is hosting a very special “Yoga for Kids” event here in the branch on Monday the 11th of August from 3:00 – 3:45pm. This event is aimed at kids aged 7-12.
