Nenagh Library is delighted to welcome artist Giulia Coli and her exhibition Maeve and Me this February.
Inspired by the free, joyful creativity of her 17‑month‑old daughter, Maeve, the project blends a child’s instinctive mark‑making with Giulia’s trained artistic style, creating a playful dialogue between generations.
Drawing on the idea that children create with natural freedom, echoing Picasso’s belief that “every child is an artist”, the exhibition explores how reconnecting with our inner child can spark fresh creativity.
Maeve & Me runs from 4–28 February, with a launch on Tuesday 10 February at 6.30pm. 40% of proceeds will be donated to Barnardos
