International Women’s Day is coming up on March 8th!To mark the occasion, the Integrated Care Chronic Disease Team (North Tipperary & East Limerick) is delighted to host a Women’s Heart Health Talk on 10th March 2025 in Nenagh Library. 
This year, our focus is Women’s Health, with a special emphasis on heart disease. Cardiovascular disease is the cause of 1 in 4 female deaths, yet it continues to be under‑researched, under‑diagnosed, and under‑treated. Many women are unaware of their symptoms, risk factors, or the preventative steps they can take.
