Zumba Gold is a fun, seated exercise class set to music. Led by experienced tutor Eimear Byrne, it is designed to improve strength and coordination.
We are delighted to welcome Yoga Instructor Sinéad O'Donnell back to Killenaule library for this taster class of Chair Yoga. Chair Yoga is a gentle form of yoga and is a great way to improve mobility and wellbeing, while also encouraging mindfulness and relaxation.

Seasoned Seanchaí Jim Keane shares traditional stories. Jim has extensive experience in amateur drama as an actor, director, and playwright. This promises to be an entertaining afternoon! (This is an event for adults).
This is a creative printmaking workshop using accessible printmaking techniques, led by local artist Lisa Manton. Participants will explore mark-making, colour, and texture through the use of leaves, flowers, and plant materials. (This is an adult event).
