Tipperary County Council Schools Library Service provides FREE support for all the primary schools in Tipperary including class novel loan and Special Needs loans. You can phone or e-mail your requests which can be delivered to one of our branch libraries near your school. The service is located in the Library Headquarter offices in Thurles.
