‘Wellness‘

  • Introduction to mindfulness meditation including breathing techniques and deep relaxation exercise.
  • How to calm a busy and overthinking mind through practical exercises and working with the breath.
  • Life coping skills and techniques for dealing with stress and anxiety.
  • Learning how to respond as opposed to reacting to life events.
  • A variety of skills and techniques in managing difficult and challenging emotions.
  • Self-care and wellness tips.
  • This will also include a variety of stress management techniques and positive mental health skills.
