POSITIVE AGEING WEEK 2025

On Thursday 2nd of October, we welcomed Róisín O’Connell, “The Irish Flower Whisperer” to Killenaule library for Positive Ageing Week. Róisin led a wonderful workshop in which participants learned how to create beautiful hand-tied bouquets with autumnal flowers and foliage. Each step was carefully explained, with Róisín sharing her vast knowledge and experience of all things horticultural along the way. The results were truly amazing! A thoroughly enjoyable morning in Killenaule.
