Chair Yoga is a gentle form of yoga that can be performed while seated in a chair. It helps improve flexibility, balance and strength without requiring getting on the floor or performing complex poses. Chair yoga is a great way to improve their mobility and well-being while also encourage mindfulness and relaxation.
