Sees library staff member Leigh Dowling officially launch his second children’s picture book, “A Viking Boot for Dragon”. With a Storytime by Viking Ivar Lodarbookson, a Viking arts and craft session, and a Viking roar competition. Stories are suitable for 4-8 year old’s and all are welcome.
A Viking Boot for Dragon is a Viking saga about making friends “Leif a Viking who has just turned twelve, sets off on a Viking adventure. Unbeknownst to him, one of his birthday gifts will take him on a quest further from home than he has ever been, to meet someone very unexpected indeed.
