Chair Yoga is a gentle form of yoga that can be performed while seated in a chair. It helps to improve flexibility, balance, and strength without requiring getting on the floor or performing complex poses. Chair Yoga is a great way to improve mobility and well-being, while also encouraging mindfulness and relaxation.

Please note that this is a 4-week course taking place on Friday mornings (May 2nd, 9th, 16th & 23rd).

Spaces are limited so BOOKING IS ESSENTIAL.
