Circus Explored is an initiative led by the Irish Street Arts, Circus and Spectacle network in association with Creative Ireland. Building on last year’s successful project involving juggling sets they are now offering free Spinning Plate kits to every county in Ireland.
Tipperary County Council Library Service are delighted to be involved again in Circus Explored which this year is encouraging every child in Ireland to learn how to spin a plate. We are operating the distribution of spinning plates on a first come, first served basis. Supplies are limited so make sure to come along to Clonmel, Nenagh or Thurles Library and collect your kit today!
